Agreement to these terms
These terms apply when you visit this website, request shipping assistance, submit shipment information, use a tracking number, or use an authorized SwiftLinkWay administration account. By using these services, you agree to follow these terms and any shipment-specific conditions provided when a service is confirmed.
If a written quotation, service agreement, or carrier document contains terms that conflict with this page, the shipment-specific document will govern that shipment.
Website and shipping services
SwiftLinkWay provides shipment planning, collection coordination, transportation support, status tracking, delivery administration, and customer assistance. Service availability depends on the origin, destination, package type, carrier capacity, customs requirements, and applicable law.
Shipping coordination
We arrange or support shipment movement through suitable carriers and logistics partners.
Tracking information
We publish available shipment events and delivery estimates linked to a tracking number.
Customer support
We help review shipment questions, corrections, delivery issues, and service requests.
Your responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate sender, recipient, address, contact, package, value, and customs information.
- Use packaging suitable for the contents, weight, route, and normal transportation handling.
- Ensure the sender is authorized to ship the goods and the recipient can lawfully receive them.
- Supply permits, invoices, declarations, or other documents required for the shipment.
- Keep the tracking number secure and review shipment details promptly for mistakes.
- Pay confirmed charges, duties, taxes, storage fees, or other amounts assigned to the shipment.
Extra costs or delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may be charged to the responsible customer.
Prohibited and restricted items
You must not submit illegal, stolen, dangerous, counterfeit, or prohibited goods for shipment. Certain goods require prior approval, special packaging, documentation, or a qualified carrier.
Confirm before shipping
Restrictions may apply to hazardous materials, weapons, ammunition, currency, precious items, live animals, plants, medicines, perishables, alcohol, tobacco, batteries, chemicals, and temperature-sensitive goods.
We may inspect, reject, hold, return, or surrender a shipment when reasonably required for safety, security, customs, carrier rules, or legal compliance.
Quotes, charges, and payment
A website estimate or preliminary quotation is not a final price unless it is confirmed for the shipment. Charges may change after the package is weighed, measured, inspected, rerouted, held, or assessed by customs or another authority.
Additional charges may include duties, taxes, remote-area service, address correction, storage, return transportation, special handling, insurance, or costs caused by inaccurate shipment information. Payment status shown in the dashboard or tracking records reflects the information currently recorded for that shipment.
Collection, customs, and delivery
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates unless a specific guaranteed service is confirmed in writing. Weather, customs review, security checks, transportation disruption, incorrect addresses, recipient availability, and events outside reasonable control may affect the schedule.
Delivery may be completed to the named recipient, an authorized person, a reception point, or another location permitted by the selected service. A shipment can be held, redirected, returned, or disposed of where permitted if delivery cannot reasonably be completed or required charges remain unpaid.
Tracking information and estimates
Tracking events are based on available operational scans and administrator updates. They may be delayed, corrected, or added after the physical movement occurred. Map routes illustrate saved shipment-history locations and should not be treated as continuous GPS monitoring.
Estimated delivery dates can change as new shipment events become available. Contact support if information appears incorrect or a shipment has not progressed as expected.
Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Contact support as soon as possible to request a shipment correction or cancellation. A change is not effective until it is accepted and recorded. Collection, handling, transportation, customs, or partner charges already incurred may remain payable.
Refund eligibility depends on the confirmed service, shipment progress, reason for cancellation, and any non-refundable third-party costs.
Loss, damage, and liability
Report visible damage, loss, or missing contents promptly and preserve the packaging, shipment documents, photographs, and proof of value. Claims may require review by the carrier or logistics partner responsible for that stage of transportation.
Any compensation is subject to the confirmed service terms, declared value, purchased insurance, applicable carrier convention, and governing law. SwiftLinkWay is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, or delay caused by circumstances outside reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.
Website and administrator access
Authorized access
Administrator accounts may be used only by the approved account holder within the permissions assigned by a super administrator.
Account security
Keep passwords and login PINs confidential. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
You must not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, or use shipment data for an unlawful purpose.
Privacy and communications
Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. Cookie and browser-storage information appears in the Cookie Policy. Operational emails and support messages may be sent using the contact information supplied for a shipment or account.
Changes and governing terms
We may revise these terms when services, website features, carrier arrangements, or legal requirements change. Updated terms apply from the revision date shown above. Shipment-specific rights that arose under an earlier confirmed agreement are not changed retroactively unless the parties agree or the law requires it.
If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable mandatory consumer and transportation rights are not excluded.
