Where is my tracking number?
Look on your shipping receipt, dispatch email or carrier confirmation. Copy the full reference exactly as shown—your order number may be different from your carrier’s tracking number.
If you cannot find it, ask the sender. Keep the reference handy when contacting the carrier about a shipment.
